BODYPUMP® Gallery
The fastest way in the universe to get in shape. Set to awesome music, this innovative class uses a barbell and weights to strengthen all the major muscle groups of the body. Utilizing simple movements, you’ll build endurance and define muscle, without building bulk. You choose your weight, making this a great class for all fitness levels.

BODYSTEP® Gallery
Push your fat burning systems into high gear with high intensity intervals that will shape and tone your lower body in this fun and dynamic step class. Choose the options and intensity levels that work for you, but be prepared to sweat! This class is a full-powered cardio workout set to pumping music. Burn some serious calories and get back into step with BODYSTEP®!

Turbo Kick
A total body experience. This cardio workout consists of punching and kicking combinations, highlighted by a signature TURBO section, taking the workout into an athletic zone. Class concludes with ab work, endurance drills and stretching. Class can be modified to fit all fitness levels.
Kickboxing
Combine solo and partner drills using kicking bags and proper equipment that will provide you with an aerobic and strength building workout. Leave this class feeling both fit and tough!
Martial Arts
In this class you’ll learn the arts of Jeet Kune Do, Filipino Martial Arts, and Grappling. Focus on physical conditioning while learning the skills of street fighting and self defense. You’ll build speed and develop quick reflexes. A fun and new way to workout at Core!
Core Strength
Twenty minutes of intense torso work, targeting the core and back muscles. A strong core leads to a strong body. Don’t miss this class.
Muscle Works
A total body workout that focuses on the small and large muscle groups. This class uses various equipment to tone your body and increase your metabolism. This unique class is a great compliment to BODYPUMP®.
55 & Fit
This class focuses on strengthening your overall body to build coordination and balance, helping you feel more fit in every aspect of your life. Great for all fitness levels or beginners.
55 & Fit Spin
This is a thirty minute class designed to get you fit while you choose the level you want to ride. Fun music and motivating instructors make this class one you won’t want to miss. A great compliment to the 55 & Fit class.
RPM®
RPM® is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials and interval training. Discover your inner athlete – sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high. RPM® is the ride that brings out the athlete in all of us.
Spinning
Spin classes use carefully designed positions and movements on a stationary bike to infuse you with a challenging and rewarding workout. Spinning is a fun and unique way to get a high- powered workout!

A shortened version of our usual spin classes for those who are on the go or new to spin. Gain the benefits of a great spin workout in less time.
Yoga Essentials
Offering the basics of yoga. This class will help you develop better posture, strength, and flexibility. Reduce stress and create inner peace with a stimulating workout that is great for all levels. This is a wonderful compliment to your usual workout routine.
Warm Yoga Flow
A warm room is the perfect setting for this lovely class. Revitalize stretch, and strengthen the body, while calming the mind and deepening self awareness. A wonderful way to start the day or prepare for an evening of rest. All levels are welcome.
Power Yoga
Take your yoga to the next level. Combine powerful postures and proper breathing to form a challenging workout. Participants will develop strength while at the same time focusing on the calm within. An advance class for those who practice yoga and are ready to rejuvenate with this awesome workout.
Pilates
Take this class regularly and gain the many benefits of increased circulation and lung capacity, strength, flexibility, and muscular and mental coordination. A series of movements done on the floor, known as matwork, will give you balance and control over your body. Participants to the Level II class will benefit from having taken Level I first, but are still encouraged to join! Pilates is also a way to improve your athletic abilities in other areas.
Zumba®
A fusion of Latin and International music – dance themes that create a dynamic, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. High energy and motivating music with unique moves that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. A workout should be fun and easy to do allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind.
