Take this class regularly and gain the many benefits of increased circulation, lung capacity,
strength, flexibility, and muscular and mental coordination. A series of movements done on the floor,
known as mat work, will give you balance and control over your body. Participants who plan to attend
a Level II class will greatly benefit from a Level I first, as it is a more advanced class.
Taking this class regularly will help you perform better in all your fitness endeavors.
