At Core Fitness, we believe that getting kid's active at young ages can help foster a love for fitness and create habits that will lead to an active lifestyle. All of our classes are designed to get kids engaged in moving, connecting social with their peers, and having fun. Our team of talented instructors work hard to create classes that will foster positive social interaction and a love of fitness. 

Fit Kids

Ages 2-5

 

 

Monday/Wednesday @ 9:00am North Liberty Yoga Room

Fit Kids is a fitness Program designed just for children. Utilizing camouflage fitness, it disguises fitness in gun and games. Along with games, the instructors use songs and visuals to engage children in a fun atmosphere. Classes focus on cardiovascular endurance and flexibility in a engaging, uncompetitive atmosphere.
